After you’ve reached out and scheduled a time, we move on to the discovery call. This is one of the most crucial steps in the process. This is where you fill me in on all of the details you’ve planned so far for your wedding day. We will discuss your vision for your wedding day. What you are most excited about. What you are most apprehensive about. And what I can do to best serve you.

After we’ve talked, I will send over a proposal. The proposal will include my collections personalized to best fit your needs.

The proposal also acts as a quote. You can sign the contract, pay the retainer, and even select a payment plan that works best for you. Once all that is done, you’ve officially booked your wedding videographer!

Schedule meetings with me periodically to talk through important moments, details, and timing necessary to personalize your film. I also utilize a questionnaire that helps prepare you for the next step.

The Storytelling Blueprint is where we finalize the mission statement of your wedding day. We go over the wedding day questionnaire, and I ensure all the most important moments and details have enough space on the timeline. I prefer to do this at least one month before your wedding day.
